I was quite surprised to find zero Christmas decorations, making it feel so sterile. Then, I nearly fainted due to the weak shower and cold pool. I woudl ve been fine with a room upgrade after all this! I almost gave a good review, but unfortunatley, I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was pretty comfy. The beds were really nice and the room was clean, which made for a relaxed stay. Plus, we had a bathtub, which was a sweet bonus! The location was convenient too, especially since we wanted to check out local attractions.

The staff were kind to us in our interactions.

The AC struggled to cool our room, consistently reaching 75 degrees, making it difficult to sleep. The shower water was unbearably hot with no adjustable temperature, and mold was visible in the caulking. The pool was freezing and quite worn down, leading to discomfort during our stay.

The indoor pool was a delightful spot for my kids to unwind after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the TV in our room didn't work despite our attempts to troubleshoot it.

The hot breakfast and magical waffle maker were a hit, just like the cookies in the lobby that kept us happy every evening.

My kids wished the Wi-Fi was faster for their streaming.

Breakfasts were outstanding, with one of the best selections I've enjoyed at a Hampton Inn, featuring savory options that exceeded my expectations. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a refreshing spot to relax after a long day of work.
